Shipping
Prepared paper prints marked “Ready prints” are mailed within 3–5 business days after you place your order. Prints marked “Printed to order” are produced after purchase and mailed within two weeks of your order. Carrier transit time is additional. For artwork marked “By inquiry,” including custom sizes and other formats, availability and timing are confirmed before payment. U.S. shipping is included in all listed paper-print prices, with no additional shipping charge at checkout. We currently ship within the United States. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your piece arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage, so we can make it right.
Returns and Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please reach out within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. Custom commission work is final sale and not eligible for return.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through SureCart and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
